What is the Software Developer Salary at Alchemy?

In creating your reward package, we have integrated various elements so that they support, rather than contradict, one another.  As you progress through the Alchemy levels of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum or equivalent levels for your role, our strategy combines compensation and benefits with personal growth opportunities alongside development programmes to ensure a motivated work environment for all.

Based on your performance, you will move through our Alchemy Levels achieving a market leading pay rise with your promotion (usually achieved every 12-18 months, but everyone goes at their own pace!).

All levels are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus up to 20% paid quarterly

BRONZE: £22.5K

Completed Alchemy Training Academy and Bootcamp, with Professional Certification

SILVER: £30K

Proven Technical/ Functional/ Business skills, including project experience. Will work as an individual contributor performing hands-on system configuration, technical integration or business analysis and can guide less experienced team members

GOLD 1: £40K

Relevant professional experience, with skills and training to play major hands-on roles in client projects. May also play lead role on individual tracks of a project. Will train and mentor team members
