No, prior work experience is not required. Our Graduate Programme is designed to help you learn and grow on the job.

Our Graduate Programme offers a structured 12-week training that blends both hard and soft skills development. You'll receive mentorship, insurance industry training, certifications, and hands-on experience through simulated projects and a shadow role, preparing you to become a fully qualified Technical Analyst.

After training, you’ll enter our Bootcamp, where you'll work in a simulated project environment, applying your knowledge. Following that, you'll take on a shadow role to observe real-world projects, preparing you for client-facing work.

You’ll earn the Insurance, Legal and Regulatory (ILF1) certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and receive ACE-level Guidewire technology training, aligning with high industry standards.

When you join Alchemy, you join as a full-time permanent employee. This is NOT a graduate programme where you have to apply for a role at the end. NB. You will be entitled to the same benefits as all employees from commencement of employment.
