Our first ever Alchemy Golf Day in aid of the Mary Peters Trust was an absolute success!

Posted by: Gabrielle Skelton 2 September 2022

The work that Mary Peters Trust does for both able bodied and disabled athletes to help realise their sporting ambitions has an extraordinary impact on the lives of young players here in the North West Region and beyond. This year, a staggering 85% of Athletes competing at the Commonwealth Games for Team NI were supported by the Mary Peters Trust!

Thank you to everyone who attended, we hope you had a brilliant evening. A special thank you to our key supporting partners Allstate Northern Ireland, Ulster University, r10, North West Regional College and Guidewire Software, Inc. who helped make this event possible.

A huge thank you to Callow Event Management who never do things in half measures. We always appreciate your hard work.

Thank you to the talented Stephen Whalley Artist who created a live painting of the strand as part of the auction. It was incredible!

We would also like to thank the award winning Kirth Ferris for the incredible action shots taken throughout the day.

Live music just before the meal was provided by String Empire, huge thank you, you were fantastic as always!

Lastly, a massive thank you to Portstewart Golf Club for working with us for this event and providing the perfect venue for our Alchemy Golf Day!

And we must not forgot to mention the winners of our first every golf day…. Alchemy! Huge congratulations to our Alchemy team for taking home the first prize! Lets hope we can keep up the lucky streak for next year.
