International salaries for local careers

At Alchemy we want our reward strategy to reflect our values and therefore as well as your salary and our commitment to your professional development we have chosen a range of benefits we believe will align with both your needs and that of the Company.

In creating your reward package, we have integrated various elements so that they support, rather than contradict, one another.  As you progress through the Alchemy levels of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum or equivalent levels for your role, our strategy combines compensation and benefits with personal growth opportunities alongside development programmes to ensure a motivated work environment for all.

Based on your performance, you will move through our Alchemy Levels achieving a market leading pay rise with your promotion (usually achieved every 12-18 months, everyone goes at their own pace!).

“Bronze” salary: from £20k
“Silver” salary: from £30k
“Gold” salary: from £40k

All levels receive a 20% annual bonus paid quarterly
