Salary

At Alchemy, we have a clear progression model for experienced roles that runs from Gold 1 to Platinum.

In addition to your salary, you will receive a discretionary 20% bonus of your base salary paid quarterly.

The package offered will depend on your experience and individual skillset.

GOLD 1: £40K+

Relevant professional experience, with skills and training to play major hands-on roles in client projects. May also play lead role on individual tracks of a project. Will train and mentor team members

GOLD 2: £55K+

Significant professional experience in software implementation projects. Have skills to perform key lead role (functional, technical or business) on a project, as well as being individual contributor.

PLATINUM 1: £75K+

Extensive experience in software implementation projects. Typically, will act as project lead (functional, technical or business), as well as being individual contributor
