The Challenge Insurity Were Facing
The relationship between Alchemy and Insurity initially began by creating documentation to facilitate client implementations of Sure Underwriting. Since then, Alchemy are now Insurity’s SI Partner for Sure Underwriting and now lead numerous client implementations for major carriers.
Why Insurity Chose Alchemy
Alchemy have have been working with Insurity for 2 years now implementing Sure Underwriting across multiple clients. Due to the success of this relationship Alchemy was then invited by Insurity to implement another two products from the Sure Suite known as Sure Premium Audit (SPA) and Sure Loss Control (SLC). With a similar approach, Alchemy created fresh training material in partnership with the SPA & SLC teams and are now involved in leading client implementations for both SPA and SLC for major carriers.
How Alchemy Responded
In Spring 2022 Alchemy created a tailored Academy to onboard new staff to further support the growing relationship with Insurity. The Academy is a structured training program where employees are first trained in how to create documentation for Insurity products, they then move onto product build training where they gain hands on experience working with and creating the product, and when these two stages are complete employees will be trained to lead and participate in client Implementations.
At present, Alchemy have significant resources working on Insurity Implementations, ranging from business analysts, developers, system integrators and system trainers. With this, our directors review the ongoing needs of Insurity and are committed to providing resources to help support their growth.
The Results
The results of this partnership is that the Alchemy team is continuously growing and expanding into new areas of documentation, product build and implementation to help facilitate the growth of Insurity.
